TuneIn announced during the 2012 International Consumer Electronic Show (CES) in Las Vegas that the TuneIn Radio app would be available in Ford vehicles equipped with the SYNC AppLink. The service provides more than 50,000 choices of radio programs from around the world. Scrolling through that list is made much easier via SYNC’s voice commands, which allow the user to find stations based on artist, genre, or even geographic location. In addition to live global music, sports, talk and news, TuneIn also offers more than 1 million on-demand programs streaming from all over the world. The SYNC-enabled version of TuneIn Radio will be available through the iTunes App Store.
